Every locality in Dhaka sits in a DAP zone with its own land use, floor-area ratio and height limit. Search yours.
Step two
What will the permit cost?
RAJUK charges by land area, floors and building type. The rates here are the ones the platform administrators keep current.
Tip: 1 katha ≈ 66.89 m² of plot; total floor area ≈ floors × footprint.
